Spindles and Scarlet All-Natural Soap Bars are handcrafted in small batches using the cold process method. Our recipes use nourishing oils and butters, natural colorants, and essential oil scents to create a 100% natural soap bar that gives you a gentle clean without over-drying.

Ingredients: olive, coconut, castor and sunflower oils, shea butter, water, lye*, lemongrass essential oil, and turmeric
*All soap is made with lye (sodium hydroxide). Lye is a natural substance made from wood ash. Once the oils and lye have saponified (turned into soap), the final product no longer contains lye.

General Usage Instructions: Wet hair and create a lather that can be worked deep into the roots and scalp. Rinse well. For best results, use a 50% water 50% vinegar (white or apple cider vinegar) rinse to condition and wash suds completely out of hair. This is especially important if you have hard water. When you first start using a natural shampoo bar, please give your hair and scalp time to adjust.
For a fresh and long-lasting bar, keep dry between uses using a wooden soap saver dish or a sisal soap saver. For best results, use within 6 months of purchase.
